Given the unprecedented rain and severe flooding in Indiana, the IOA wants to make its membership aware of a resource available for assistance. The American Optometric Association Foundation offers Optometry’s Fund for Disaster Relief (OFDR), which provides immediate financial relief for critical and urgent needs, such as food, clothing, shelter, and other infrastructure needs.

OFDR is available to aid doctors and students who have experienced property damage to their home or business due to a disaster situation.
