Jim Zieba has served as the Executive Director of the Indiana Optometric Association since September 2005. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Purdue University and his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. 

His government relations experience includes:

• Director of Education Policy, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, 1995-1996
