EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
IOA Convention attendees are optometrists, opticians, and optometric staff – eye care is their business. For 2012 we will offer extended show hours and premiere booth space for our VIP business partners.
We have a fantastic location for the 2012 convention. It presents unique opportunities for your company. The convention will be held at the UniversityPlaceConferenceCenter and Hotel http://www.universityplace.iupui.edu on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). The Traditional Trade Show will be held in Scholars Hall. This year, the Exhibit Hall will be open on Friday evening in conjunction with the Welcome Reception and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm in conjunction with the Member Luncheon. (Click here for layout of Traditional Trade Show booths).

Premiere Space: The OD educational programs will be held in the auditorium of the conference center. There is a large lobby outside of the auditorium. We are offering the opportunity for vendors to exhibit for the entire day (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m) on Friday and Saturday in this location. The traffic will be heavy and you’ll have the opportunity to talk directly with the doctors for two full days! (Click here for layout of Premiere booths).

Paraoptometrics attending the convention participate in all exhibit functions.
No shared booths between companies. Serving your booth related needs at the 2012 IOA Convention will be Markey’s Exposition Services. Upon receipt of your booth registration at the IOA office, we will instruct Markey’s to forward a booth packet to you.
